Decision

1. That the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Policy be ADOPTED, subject to an amendment to Page No. 157, Section 9.1 of the report to include modern slavery in the penultimate bullet point.
2. That authority be delegated to the Executive Director: Resources, in consultation with the Lead Member for Governance, Assistant Director: Counter Fraud and Enforcement Unit and One Legal, to approve future minor amendments to the policy.
