Disciplinary and Grievance Appeals Committee

The Disciplinary and Grievance Appeals Committee hears appeals against decisions made by the Grievance Committee. It is responsible for reviewing these decisions, making recommendations, and reaching a final conclusion. The committee's membership is politically balanced, and at least one member must be from the Executive. Councillors serving on this committee cannot also be members of the Grievance Committee or the Investigations and Disciplinary sub-committee (IDSC) or its appeals sub-committee.
