Purpose

The report sought approval to
purchase 12 x Section 106 homes from Guildcrest at New Haine Road,
Ramsgate. These homes are purchased within the Accelerated Housing
project.

Decision

Cabinet agreed that the Council progresses
with the acquisition of the 12 homes at an acquisition price of
£2.28m.
