Adopt the Spitfire Green Local Lettings Plan.
This Local Lettings Plan is for the letting of new build
acquisition units across phase five of Thanet District
Council’s Accelerated Affordable Homes Programme. The
Programme will deliver at least 400 new affordable homes by
2027. 
 
This lettings plan is designed to support the
sustainable letting of the acquired properties. The purpose of this
plan is to encourage residents to develop lasting connections with
the area; to help sustain a community; to reduce overcrowding and
tackle other housing needs in the local area and create a sense of
place.
