Purpose

Following the decision to
allocate funding to certain schemes within the UK Shared Prosperity
Fund at the Cabinet meeting on 15 June, 2023 a programme of grants
has been developed to support the community, voluntary and social
enterprise sector.
 
This decision allows an officer
team to use the scoring matrix to sift, review and award grants
through the two grants schemes, funded through the UK Shared
Prosperity fund.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Regeneration and
Property approved the scoring matrix for the UK Shared Prosperity
Small Grants and Development Grants, as attached at annex 1 (to the
report), in order for a panel of officers to sift, review and
approve external grants to the two programmes.
