Decision

With the EKJIRP not having made any amendments
to the allowances scheme agreed at the Full Council meeting of the
12/10/23 (attached at Annex 1) the S.151 Officer is exercising his
delegated authority to finalise and agree the amended scheme. As
per the report that was presented at the meeting on 12/10/23 the
changes will be backdated to the 4 May 2023.
