Licensing Committee

The Licensing Committee deals with all matters relating to the discharge of the functions of the Licensing Authority, including exercising the Council’s functions under the Licensing Act 2003, the Gambling Act 2005 and all associated or amended legislation.

This meeting is open to the public, although in considering some items of business, the press and public may be requested to leave the meeting.
