Members were provided an update on the
progress of the current Phase (Phase 15), the larger area Parking
Reviews and Phase 14 of the Parking Action Plan.
 
Concern was raised regarding the restrictions
installed at Common Road, Blue Bell Hill, in particular the
negative impact of the restrictions on the village, residents and
local businesses. 
 
Following consideration by the Joint
Transportation Board, the Cabinet Member for Transformation and
Infrastructure RESOLVED that:
 
(1)       
the request to review the restrictions installed at Common Road,
Blue Bell Hill be considered following a request from Local
Members; and
 
(2)       
the current progress and approach to the Parking Team’s work
programme, be noted.
