About

The Standards Hearing Sub-Committee considers and decides on complaints about alleged breaches of the Members Code of Conduct. It determines appropriate action following referrals from the Monitoring Officer. The sub-committee is made up of three members of the Standards Committee, or their substitutes, and may include a Brixham Town Councillor if the complaint concerns a member of that council.
