That an amount of £23,217 be
awarded from the Torquay allocation of the Community Infrastructure
Levy Fund to Windmill Torbay to carry out essential repairs
works to the Windmill Centre. 
 

Reasons for the decision

The
applications were considered by the CiL
Spend Panel on 7 October 2025 and recommendations were made to the Divisional
Director of Planning, Housing and Climate
Emergency.
 

Alternative options considered

An alternative option would
have been to refuse the application, this option was
discounted as the application met the criteria for
funding.
