Decision

i)         
that the revised Terms and Conditions for Torbay Lottery Good
Causes set out at Appendix 1 to this Record of Decision be
approved;
 

(ii)        that all
current approved Torbay Lottery Good Causes remain in place and be
transferred to the new criteria; and
 

(ii)        that the
revised Torbay Lottery Small Grants Fund Policy and Application
Form set out at Appendices 2 and 3 to this Record of Decision be
approved.
