Decision

That an amount of £15,000
be awarded from the Paignton allocation of the Community
Infrastructure Levy Fund to Paignton Rugby Football Club Ltd
towards an extension to Paignton Rugby Club to create 2
compliant changing rooms and showers, match official changing room
and shower, first aid /physio room and rehab/gym space. 
 

Reasons for the decision

The
applications were considered by the CiL
Spend Panel on 4 December 2023 and recommendations were made to the
Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate
Emergency.

Alternative options considered

An alternative option would have been to
refuse the application, this option was discounted as the
application met the criteria for funding.
