Decision

That the application from
Brixham Archers CIC for £75,000 from the Paignton allocation
of the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund for creation of a
permanent indoor Archery range for Torbay be declined.  Brixham Archers CIC have been advised that they
may wish to submit a future application with detailed information
regarding commitment to share with other Archery clubs, agreement
for the use of the building and a wider community use.
