To respond to the
white paper High Stakes: Gambling Reform for the Digital Age to
make the minimum player age for the Torbay Lottery from 16 to 18 by
no later than 1 October 2023.

Decision

That the revised Rules
of Torbay Lottery attached to this Record of Decision be
approved.
