the Local Account to be published in accordance with Government
requirements.

Reasons for the decision

The Annual Local
Account is a statutory reporting requirement that reflects how
Adult Social Care, delegated to Torbay and South Devon Foundation
Trust, has performed against national and local performance
indicators.
