To inform members of revisions to the
political balance of the Council.

Content

Council unanimously agreed to:
 
-the change in political balance and adopted
the political balance calculations attached at Appendix A to the
report.
-note the temporary vacant seats on the
committees affected by these changes as shown in Appendix
B.
