To approve the adoption of the Welsh
Government “Non-Domestic Rates Retail Leisure Hospitality
Rates Relief”.

In respect of Non-Domestic Rates, Section 47 (discretionary relief)
of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 will apply as regards the
hereditaments.
