Approval granted by the Strategic Director of Children and
Family Services for the award of contract to the lowest price
tenderer for the sum of £243,285.00 for the works at Pontnewydd Primary
School. In consultation with the Monitoring Officer it is
agreed that the decision must be implemented before the process of
challenge or call-in has been completed because implementation is
required urgently.
