Cabinet agreed that:

The Council Tax Base
for 2016/17 as detailed in the report be approved;

·        
For properties in
Prescribed Classes A and B i.e. Second Homes, the Council continues
to apply a nil discount;

·        
For properties in
Prescribed Class C i.e. Empty Properties, the Council continues to
apply a nil discount; and

·        
Electronic supply of the information that
accompanies the demand notice is utilised.

MEMBERS’ INTERESTS:                        
Councillor Bob Wellington CBE declared a personal
and prejudicial interest in relation to his ownership of a home
