To declare surplus to
Council requirements the freehold interest in Unit 2A Ty
Coch Industrial Estate, Ty Coch Way, Cwmbran (the
extent of which is shown edged red on the plan in Appendix 2) and
authorises its disposal to the current
tenant at a sale price of £400,000 (Four hundred thousand
pounds) with other terms to be negotiated by the Legal and Asset
Management Service; and

That determination of
any other matters arising pertaining to the disposal be
specifically delegated to the Deputy Leader as executive portfolio
holder for Resources and Governance.
