Agreed that the site
of Llantarnam Comprehensive School in
Cwmbran (shown edged red on the plan
accompanying the report) be declared surplus to Council
requirements with effect from 1 September 2015.

 
2)   
Authorised the Legal and Asset Management Service to market
the site of Llantarnam Comprehensive
School and present further report(s) to Cabinet or the Executive
Member for Resources, as appropriate, regarding the
outcome.
