This report seeks authorisation to proceed
with a settlement agreement between TCBC and the Group Leader,
Waste Strategy and Operations. The agreement is proposed to resolve
an employment matter without recourse to formal internal procedures
or potential litigation, in a manner that is mutually acceptable
and legally compliant.
