Key messages

? In January 2025, the Strategic Director agreed a change in
working arrangements for Employee A, a Community Support Worker in
the Family Placement Team, to enable them to work a compressed week
over four days.
? This was agreed for a 6 month period, following which there would
be a review to determine any impact on the service.
? Following a review, it has been determined that there is no
negative impact on service delivery.
? This report seeks the approval of the Strategic Director to
approve the compressed week for Employee A on a permanent
basis.
? There is no financial impact associated with this proposal.
