Director Economy & Place for the award of the grant for
£250,000.00 from the Welsh Government’s Transforming
Towns Placemaking Grant Programme to the owner of the Former Cinema
Building, Monmouth Square, Cwmbran in accordance with the terms and
conditions of grant and as approved by the Transforming Towns
Programme Board.
