To seek approval from the Strategic Director
of Economy and Environment, in consultation with the Executive
Member for the Environment, and in accordance with Contract
Standing Order 10.1 to award the contract for Resilient Roads Fund
– Cwmavon Road Carriageway and Drainage Improvements via
direct award under Lot 4 of the SEWH framework to the lowest priced
Contractor that can complete the work prior to the end of the
financial year.
