To seek approval to establish the new seasonal
roles of Santa and Elves within the Greenmeadow Community Farm
establishment and proceed with recruitment for the posts.

To note that an option to source an external contractor to deliver
the Santa experience is also being pursued and will be implemented
in place of direct recruitment if there is availability and
commercially viable.
