To seek approval to create and recruit 1 FTE
Farm Assistant to support daily operations at Greenmeadow Community
Farm.
In the first instance we will look to recruit to the role flexibly
to meet the operational needs of the business. Expressions of
interest for the role will be sought from the existing Farm
Assistants, should there be insufficient interest the opportunity
would made recruited to externally.
It is anticipated that the 1 FTE will be configured in the
following way:
Two 0.3 FTE roles and two 0.2 FTE roles.
