Purpose

To seek Cabinet approval to agree the Pride in
Place Impact Fund (PiPIF) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UK
Government; to update Cabinet on the delivery of the Pontypool
Cultural Hub Levelling Up Fund (LUF) Programme; and seek approval
to ringfence the full allocation of £1.5 million PiPIF grant
to enhance and support the delivery of LUF projects within
Pontypool.
