To request that the Deputy Chief
Executive/Strategic Director Adults & Communities, in
consultation with the Strategic Director for Children &
Families, and Acting Director Economy and Place; approves the
recommendations set out within the report:

1. To issue notices of redundancy for the relevant members of
staff
2. To approve the structure set out within Appendix 1

The approval of the recommendation set out in this report is on the
basis that the required finance being approved as outlined in
section 6 of the report.
