Cabinet agreed to:

·        
Approve the Torfaen Outline Local Growth
Fund Investment Plan 2026/27 detailed in Appendix 1.

·        
Provide delegated authority to the
Acting Joint Director of Economy and Place, in consultation with
the Executive Member for Economy, Skills and Regeneration, to
finalise Torfaen Local Growth Fund Investment Plan for 2026/27 and
the subsequent two years ready for formal
submission.

·        
Provide delegated authority to the
Strategic Director (Resources), in consultation with the Executive
Member for Corporate Governance and Resources, to sign the final
Torfaen Local Growth Fund Investment Plan and associated funding
agreements for 2026/27 and the subsequent two years ready for
formal submission.

·        
Approve TCBC becoming the accountable
body for the TCBC LGF Programme.

·        
Approve that the Section 151 Officer
becomes the Accountable Officer for the TCBC LGF
Programme.

·        
A further report back to Cabinet once
TCBC had final certainty on the funding allocation.
