To seek approval to enter into a new 3-year
contract with Civica for the provision of their agenda management
software (Modern.Gov) and cloud-based hosting.

The decision to award the subsequent contract to the current
suppliers requires an exemption to the Council’s Contract
Standing Orders under 3.2.1 and 3.2.4 of the CSO.
