Decision

This report seeks the approval of the Joint Chief Executive to grant an exemption from the tendering provisions of contract standing orders, for the repairs to the roof of the Canolfan Block at YGG, in the total sum of £301,423 to a proposed relevant contractor. This is in accordance with paragraphs 3.4.1 & 3.4.11 of CSO3.
