The purpose of this report is to seek approval for the recruitment of a fixed term Foundational Economy Projects Officer (grade 7) to provide programme support for the LGF Community Enterprise Incubator.

This is required to address the immediate need to support the delivery of key priorities, mainly the quick development and mobilisation of the Local Growth Fund (LGF) programme, the Community Enterprise Incubator.
