This report sets out proposals to reshape the senior leadership and service management arrangements for Community & Wellbeing within the federated Adults & Communities directorate and formally launches staff consultation on those proposals.

The consultation is intended to present the proposed responsibilities, reporting relationships and implementation arrangements, and identify unintended impacts.
