To seek approval to consult upon and implement if there are no substantial objections, for a revised operating model for the Waste and Recycling Service that clarifies roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, strengthens day to day operational management and oversight of key waste assets, and improves resilience. The proposals are cost neutral and are not intended to put any employees at risk.
