The purpose of this report is to recommend the regrading of the Occupational Health Technician post, following the retirement of the Occupational Health Adviser.

The recommendation reflects the significant increase in duties, responsibilities, autonomy, and technical expertise now required of the Occupational Health Technician to maintain and deliver the Occupational Health Service.
