Approval granted to procure a new framework of Non-Maintained Education Providers to deliver funded early education places on behalf of the Council and to enable the Council to enter into new contractual arrangements with approved providers following the expiry of the current contracts and ensure continuity of funded childcare and education provision for eligible children.
