To seek approval from the Strategic Director,
Economy and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member
for Environment, in accordance with Contract Standing Order 10, to
award the contract for work package 2 Flood Mitigation (Storm
Dennis) works on the basis of lowest price in accordance with the
criteria cited in the procurement process utilising the South East
& Mid Wales Collaborative Civil Engineering and Highways
Construction Framework (SEWH)
