The purpose of this report is to request the
approval of the Strategic Director, Economy & Environment to
amend the current structure at the Ty Coch depot to reflect the job
re-evaluation of regrading one of the six ‘Site
Operative’ roles to a grade 5 post which will be titled
‘Site Team Leader’. The grade 5 post will hold
additional duties and responsibilities, which the post holder has
demonstrated he is carrying out.
