To seek approval from the Strategic Director
of Economy and Environment, in consultation with the Head of
Procurement, to allow direct award to WSP, using the SEWTAPS
framework, the design, procurement and supervision of the
construction of a scheme to replace a collapsed retaining wall for
estimated total cost of £30,000, (fees not works).
