Council unanimously agreed:
 

1.   
To note the update outlined within the main body of
the report.

2.   
To endorse TCBC role in providing assurance,
specifically the role of the Statutory Finance (151)
Officer.

3.   
To endorse the receipt of an initial £50k
capacity funding in 23/24, with a further award of £200k in
24/25 to support the development of the Long-Term Plan, including
additional community engagement activity.

4.   
To approve the Executive Member for Economy, Skills
and Regeneration as the TCBC representative on the Cwmbran LTPT
Investment Board.

5.   
To approve the delegation of authority to the
Monitoring Officer in consultation with the Members Constitution
Working Party to make any necessary amendments to the constitution
to reflect the above proposals.
