Members unanimously agreed that upon
completion of an Agreement under Section 106 of the Town and
Country Planning Act concerning the matters referred to in the
report, the Head of Planning and Development be authorised to grant
permission subject to the conditions or any amendments, additions
or deletions of the conditions that he deem necessary.
