That the Group Leader Asset Management
approves that Torfaen County Borough Council enters into a wayleave
agreement with Openreach for the installation and maintenance of 15
meters of underground duct and cables and associated fixtures and
fittings through Council owned land at Oldbury Road Business
Centre, Oldbury Road, Cwmbran, as per the terms contained in this
report.
