To seek approval from the Strategic Director,
Economy and Environment in consultation with the Head of
Procurement and in accordance with Contract Standing Order 10.1 to
award the contract for ground investigation works at Cwmbran Town
Centre to the Contractor with the lowest priced tender for the work
at the value of £52,962.50, following a tender carried out by
WSP on behalf of Torfaen County Borough Council.
