Approval granted, for the reasons set out in
5.2 of this report, for an exemption to be granted from the
tendering provisions of Contract Standing Orders by the Strategic
Director Adults and Communities, in consultation with the Head of
Procurement; for a period no longer than 1st March 2024 until 31st
December 2027
