Purpose

To inform Members of updates to Appendices 9
(Planning Committee Scheme of Delegation) and Appendix 12 (Third
Party Speaking Rights at Planning Committee) of the Council’s
Constitution

Content

Council unanimously agreed
to:
 
·        
approve the update to Appendix 9 of the Constitution
as set out in Draft Appendix C of this report;
·        
approves the update to Appendix 12 as approved by
Planning Committee on 20 March 2018 and as set out in draft
appendix D of this report; and
·        
authorise the Monitoring Officer to update the
Constitution accordingly.
