The purpose of the report is to seek delegated
power under Section 11.5.8 of the Constitution of Torfaen County
Borough Council to the Head of Communities and Renewal (from the
Strategic Director for Adults and Communities) for the approval of
applications made under the SPF Foundational Economy
Grant.
