Approval sought to implement a number of
changes involving the temporary reduction of hours of two existing
planning officers, appointment of a new senior planner on reduced
hours permanently, retain the services of a Planning Consultant and
extend the leave carry over for one of the team leaders. These
measures are required to promote resilience and stability within
the existing Planning Service
