Approve the Springboard Full Business
Case;
·        
Support the net Council expenditure requirement
of £343k in total to fund a programme of targeted capital
investments over the three-year period between April 2024 and March
2027;
·        
Authorise access to the Economy and Environment
Specific Reserve to fund the net expenditure requirement of
£343k.
