Council unanimously agreed
that:
 
·        
The Monitoring Officer in consultation with the
Members Constitution Working Party be granted delegated authority
to make amendments to the Constitution to reflect the establishment
of the National Joint Committee for the National Adoption Service
and Foster Wales.
·        
Councillor Richard Clark be nominated to serve on
the National Joint Committee for the National Adoption Service and
Foster Wales until Cabinet next agree appointments to Joint
Committees.
